I live here and daughter is a Forest `Commoner now in her own right ! The Forest wouldnt be what it is without the animals, it would just be covered in Gorse
Beautifully done. I live in the USA but have been fascinated with The New Forest’s history mainly around William the Conqueror and sons but I just finished a sprawling novel by Edward Rutherford “The Forest” about it’s people, wildlife, and nature from the Elizabethan Age until modern times. It follows the local inhabitants over the centuries. Fabulous book.

I have lived here all my life. I will never leave this unique and stunningly beautiful place on earth. Watching it made me feel so nostalgic. This is an absolutely wonderful video diary of the forest and its seasons. Thank you.
One of the most beautiful places on earth
Great video. Shame you had mention 'the hunt' at the end.😡🤬
Astonishing closing shot before the era of CGI! A fine tribute.
I had the pleasure to visit Ibsley a couple of years ago and came upon a Memorial to the Few who were based at the airfield during WW2. Sadly the names of the few were hard to read, because of wear and tear, over the years. This must in my opinion be renovated, so The Few are always remembered.
I'm very lucky to live in East London and be very near to our Jewel In the Crown Epping Forest a large area of unspoilt and unploughed natural Forest. And you can go to the forest via underground train...
Lived there for many years, just loved it, was very sad to leave, magical place.
Very well put together and informative film. Nice choice of music as well.
Im interested of new forest because of william Rufus
Me too
how can this be classed as a national park if its a working forest, national parks are supposed to preserve nature not cut it down..
28.58 Mins No SKIP FULLY Watched.. Your channel is improving. Creative! Excellent!! 🟥✨ 👍🏼✔

New Forest is a very magical place that surely will stay in our memory. For all those who like horses roaming free, we captured some in our latest little video : )
Thank you for producing such a wonderful film. Allah’s creation is indeed beautiful.
Hello very nice video thank you
LoL stallion's must love it when spring comes LoL
What a stunning 💖 video
I love season changes in woodland spring and summer my favourite 😊💖👍 because the smells are gorgeous and the foliage is amazing. I love it and all the wildlife I see is amazing where I feel alive.
I wouldn't feed ponies I respect that but oh I wouldn't be able not to pet a pony, I just couldn't help myself. I terrible when I out walking if I find horses or ponies I over the gate , I can't help myself.
Hi chance you would get kicked or bitten, although owned they are feral
Enchanting 💖and ponies to heaven to me xxxxx 💞
Good video
the unspeakable after the uneatable.
Muntjac is tasty
To all who object to the hunt meeting clips, my video is not condoning just reporting what happens every Boxing Day in the New Forest. I have witnessed the hunt first hand and it is a drag hunt with the scent laid by a local running club. I have never seen any publicity locally regarding them breaking the current law on hunt meets. In any event, the history of the New Forest has been associated with hunting for centuries - it was the reason it was established in 1079 by William the Conqueror. Just trying to put the matter into context as I'm not pro or anti hunting as it is practiced in the New Forest. The hound pack actually fulfill a useful purpose locally as they are fed with road kill (ponies and deer) by speeding humans who create far more carnage across the Forest annually than the local hunt.
The New Forest hounds offer a fallen stock service which has provided farmers since its inception to help dispose of deadstock and shoot suffering animals. If they weren’t there the nearest place is hour and a half away and that’s not fair on the animals.
A good reason to visit UK....
Iedereen die dit moet kijken als vervangende opdracht, F

more of a giant garden than a forest, nice place anyhow
It is not a garden because it’s wild and is not heavily managed like gardens
Yeah BUT look how it's being turned into a play-park for grockles
Me and my family live in the new forest
Is this all your own footage? Looks fantastic
How Wonderful❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I Loooooooove this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Just beautiful
Yes, hard to believe that under all that water was an RAF base. Upon further investigation of the site is the old control tower close to the boundary of the grounds of Moyles Court School.
And so ends another year in the New Forest where we pretend to be civilized but are barbaric horrific people who chase a fox and then we watch it being torn apart by dogs and we call that a sport no thanks.
Not everyone does that, I myself do not
Grow up cat whisperer
I was there with my ex in 1999. Please tell me the Ponies and donkey that are sold are NOT killed. Thanks
They are not they are owned by people called commoners
some pretty cool pictures. I love The New Forest
We have been going as a family for over forty five years. Absolutely brilliant video and commentary. We love the New Forest and the freedom. Thank you
I’ve been going for 28 years but my grandad went since a child aswell, my family stopped visiting as we all grew up but I visit yearly. Heading there with the whole family in a couple of weeks!

Beautiful Video. Thank you 😊
Ps-Bad Fox 🦊 Hunting Taste.
you were doing so well... Until you promoted EVIL FOX HUNTING.
I was just about to write the same
Don't think he promoted anything, just merely pointed out of an event that happens in the forest yearly.
oh behave do you really want all those working dogs and horses to be put down
Hunting is really popular in the New Forest. You see so many people riding with the hunt it's nice to see, and they don't kill anything. which is a bonus, unlike some of the other hunts.
I didn’t see any foxes being hunted
Lovely video, used to got to the new forest on holiday every year as a kid stayed all over and absolutely loved every minute of it. Recently just got a caravan and plan to go this year for a week or two cat wait!
Not the largest explosion, as that dubious honour goes to the accidental detonation of ordnance at RAF Fauld on 27 November 1944. The Ashley Walk Grand Slam test however remains to this day the largest live bomb exploded on UK soil.
Great video :) thankyou! 😀😀
Really good - thanks for posting up here!
